Having Problems Accessing Email and Control Panel Services?

Please ensure your IMAP/POP server name uses your own domain. If you have any servers setup to use vpcX.netgate.net, where X could be any number, please change them to your domain (ex. change vpc5.netgate.net to abc.com). Even though the netgate.net based host name had worked in the past, it should never be used. Your primary domain name should be used to access to all services.

Do not change your SMTP server settings.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
